Magnet House

393 Murray Street, Perth. A big heritage building that flips between touring rock shows and late club nights.

About Magnet House

Magnet House takes its name from the 1936 building it occupies, built as a showroom for the British General Electric Company. The building became the Peppermint Cloud nightclub by 1973 and later the Globe before taking its current name. It shares the 393 Murray Street complex with Amplifier and Edison Bar.

Also known as Maggie's, it runs club nights on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm, playing house, hip hop, dance and pop, with VIP booths. On other nights it hosts touring bands, from metalcore acts to singer-songwriters.
