About Foxtrot Unicorn
Foxtrot Unicorn is a basement cocktail bar under the former Western Australian Club building on St Georges Terrace. It opened in early 2020, owned by veteran Perth bartender Dimitri Rtshiladze, in a space previously occupied by Fromage Artisans. Broadsheet describes the site as about 130 years old and the bar as set in an old bank vault.
The fit-out has chesterfield couches, old surveyor's maps and vintage bar memorabilia. The drinks list is split into classics, highballs, native-botanical and alcohol-free cocktails, alongside rare vintage spirits. Food runs to cheese toasties and snacks.
