About Come to Daddy

Come to Daddy is a gay-owned cocktail bar, kitchen and social club on Montague Road in West End. Owner Billerwell Daye, who spent nine years behind the bar at John Mills Himself, opened it in May 2024 in the former Ballistic Beer taproom. The fit-out leans dark academia, with blue tones, leather, exposed brick and a small stage with a stained-glass-style light box.

The weekly program runs trivia on Wednesdays, Daddyoke karaoke on Thursdays, drag king shows on Fridays, drag and live sets on Saturdays and pool and pints on Sundays. Drinks focus on Australian spirits and local craft beer. In April 2026 the venue's flag bunting was damaged in an alleged homophobic attack, and the community rallied behind it.
