Irish Murphy’s

21 Salamanca Place, opposite Parliament House, in an 1812 building. A Salamanca fixture since 1999.

About Irish Murphy’s

Irish Murphy's sits at the northern end of Salamanca Place, opposite Parliament House, in a building dating from 1812, when Salamanca was a working seaport. It has traded as an Irish pub since 1999, with a bar, a kitchen serving lunch and dinner daily, and a renovated outdoor dining area.

There is live local music every weekend, an open mic night and a Wednesday session called The Midweek Craic. Retro DJ nights run until 1am on selected Fridays and Saturdays, and the pub stays open late for Halloween and New Year's Eve.
