About Shotgun Willie’s
Shotgun Willie's is a country and western bar in Gilbert Place, opened in early 2021 by Jon Di Pinto and partners, the team behind Cry Baby. It is set up as a rough-edged saloon with pool tables, darts, American beers on tap, a bourbon and whisky focus, and Southern-style food such as Philly cheesesteaks and buffalo wings.
Live country and roots acts play on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, and Thursday nights bring Saddle and Stomp line dancing lessons. It takes walk-ins only.
