About Prohibition
Prohibition is a Fortitude Valley nightclub on Wickham Street, styled as a 1920s speakeasy. A stairway leads down from the street into The Blind Tiger, a brick-walled speakeasy bar, with the Main Hall and its dancefloor beyond.
On weekends, resident DJs play house and electronic music in the main room, while the Garden Bar leans towards house, pop and R&B classics. The venue's own site promotes Thursday to Saturday nights from 9pm, plus guest lists and VIP packages.
