KC's Bar & Grill is a locally owned chargrill restaurant and live music bar in the heart of Airlie Beach, describing itself as the town's original steakhouse and trading for about 40 years. The menu centres on steaks and Australian game meats, and there is a bourbon bar.

Bands and solo acts play every night from 8pm, with an open mic jam night and a monthly Young Buskers Lunch. The quirky, relaxed room is a local favourite, and New Year's Eve 2025 ran until 2am.
