About Gotham at The Still
Gotham is the June 2026 relaunch of The Still, Lark Distillery's flagship whisky and cocktail bar in the old Mercury Print Room on Argyle Street. The refit brought a darker fit-out and a sound system by local acoustic designers Pitt & Giblin.
Drinks include a freezer-pour Sweet Manhattan, gin martinis and more than 150 Tasmanian whiskies. The New York-inspired menu runs to oysters, Robbins Island wagyu skewers, fried chicken and a cheeseburger from 4pm. There is live jazz on Wednesdays and a martini and oyster happy hour from 4pm to 6pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
