About Thornbury Theatre
Built as the Regent Theatre cinema in 1925, with seats for nearly 1,700 people and a stage for vaudeville. After the cinema closed in 1967 it became a ballroom and reception hall, and since 2010, as the Thornbury Theatre, it has hosted concerts, wrestling and events.
